CeraTex® Bio products, which are manufactured from alkaline earth silicate (SiO₂, CaO, MgO) fibers, are specifically engineered to be bio-soluble (low bio-persistent) while also delivering exceptional high-temperature resistance of up to 2300°F maximum. As a result, they provide a safer and more compliant alternative to traditional refractory ceramic fibers without compromising thermal performance.

In addition, our Bio Soluble Ceramic Fiber (AES) is an advanced Alkaline Earth Silicate (AES) insulation material specifically engineered for high-temperature industrial applications that demand thermal efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term durability. Not only does AES fiber insulation deliver excellent thermal stability, but it also offers enhanced bio-soluble characteristics compared to traditional materials.
Moreover, this high-temperature insulation material provides low thermal conductivity and strong resistance to thermal shock. Consequently, it helps improve energy efficiency while maintaining structural integrity under extreme temperature fluctuations. At the same time, its lightweight composition allows for easier handling and installation. Therefore, it is especially well-suited for energy-intensive environments such as furnaces, kilns, fireproofing systems, and petrochemical processing equipment.
