Flexible Graphite Seal Material
MinGraph® Flexible graphite sheet, or flexible graphite foil, is manufactured from high purity compressed exfoliated/expanded mineral graphite (flake graphite). Standard industrial grade MinGraph® has a minimum 99% carbon content, which is the highest in the industry comparing to other brands such as Grafoil®. MinGraph® flexible graphite is also available in extra pure premium/nuclear grade, as well as special treated grade with enhanced oxidation and corrosion resistance. MinGraph® graphite gasket sheets and laminates are also supplied with chemical resistant metallic and non-metallic reinforcement.
Main Characteristics and Specs
All MinGraph® products are chemical inert, chemical resistant, heat resistant, flexible and conformable. It has the ideal properties as a gasket material for various fluid sealing applications, and the properties for many other special applications.

MinGraph® flexible graphite can be used as
- Heat and chemical resistant, and thermal conductive gasket, seal, liner;
- Heat barrier, EMI (electromagnetic interference) shield, chemical shield;
- Heat dissipation liner, thermal management unit material;
- Dry sheet lubricant, stress sensing, vibration damping, spark plasma sintering(SPS), and other thermal electronic or electrochemical applications.

Flexible Graphite Seal Material (Graphite Sheet, Graphite Laminate) is made with high purity flexible graphite reinforced with metallic or non-metallic inserts. This is one of the most ideal gaskets or sealing materials in the market. Flexible graphite provides excellent sealing properties, while reinforcement insert provides extra strength for high pressure applications, and better handling strength. High purity premium grade, or nuclear grade flexible graphite foil is made from compressed high purity exfoliated mineral graphite, no binders or fillers. The material is treated in multiple special processes to achieve ultra-low levels of sulfur, chloride and other impurity contents. >> go to the page
2010B Industrial Grade Graphite Foil - Homogeneous Flexible Graphite Foil in rolls or sheets are made from high purity mineral graphite, no fillers, no binders. 2010B is the most commonly used grade flexible graphite for various applications. Our 2010B grade material product has a higher purity of 99% carbon content, comparing to other brands' 95-98% graphite in the market.
