Ceramic Fiber Blanket

CeraTex® Ceramic Fiber Blanket is a high-temperature insulation material engineered for thermal efficiency in demanding industrial applications. Manufactured from high-purity spun ceramic fiber, this lightweight blanket is mechanically needled to create a strong, flexible, and durable insulation product without the use of chemical binders. As a result, it maintains consistent performance even at elevated temperatures up to 2300°F (1260°C).

Because of its low thermal conductivity and excellent heat resistance, CeraTex® Ceramic Fiber Blanket helps reduce heat loss, improve energy efficiency, and protect surrounding equipment. In addition, its low heat storage allows for faster heat-up and cool-down cycles, which can increase process efficiency and reduce operating costs. The blanket also offers good tensile strength, flexibility, and resistance to thermal shock, making it easy to cut, wrap, or layer during installation.
